Very quick to answer the phone, return phone calls, and emails. They went above and beyond to ship the diamond ring out quickly and I couldn't be any happier with them. I had it independently inspected and appraised and it came back for far more then I paid meaning insurance won't be an issue. Very smooth transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
