animeharu.com I will never use it again!
I ordered box sets of Bleach and the first three Naruto movies in English...In January. I have my Naruto movies now, but not my Bleach. The second Naruto movie was supposed to be IN ENGLISH...It was not. I was told that, despite the fact that it was THEIR mistake, I would have to pay the shipping to get their movie back to them before they would send me my correct movie. On top of that, I would have to pay the shipping to get the correct movie. I said no, that I would get the movie somewhere else. They ended up sending my movie to me anyway. I have been e-mailing customer service people for a while now and they are now saying that they want to have one more week to send me my things. After that, they swear to refund my money. I would not be so upset if all the box sets had said that they were out but they were all listed as "in stock and available"-yet they were all put on back order...I am not pleased at all with these people.
