Arise Lies!!!
|
I have been working for Arise for 4 years now. Yes, it is a legit work at home business. It is true you can create your own schedule, providing the shifts are available that you need. It is a good job for someone that needs to be at home with kids. However, you basically have to work a million hours a week to make any kind of money because, like any other company, you will only make minimum wage. You have to pay for your background check and the initial testing. Then you have to pay to train for a client. YOu get paid twice a month and a $20 service fee is automatically deducted from your paycheck. Every paycheck. You never know if you are actually getting paid the correct amount because Arise does not provide you a way to keep up with it. It isn't simply keeping up with the hours you worked, they pay differntly. Some pay per phone call, some pay per minute, etc. Arise tells you that it is up to the Client how they choose to pay. As we all know, companies do not look out for their agents, they look out for themselves. Just be careful and don't look at this type of job as your sole support if you decide to do it anyways. This job is only good for a little extra money, not sole support for a family. Oh, they count you as a contractor. You have to pay your own taxes at the end of the year. Beware.
