Arise will take your money, then pay you pennies

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They make you pay for training, which is justified by them telling you that you will make that back upon certification. I can't begin to tell you how many people did not certify due to no fault of their own. They over schedule, then under schedule, release the schedule at odd times other than when it is supposed to be available so that it is impossible to get the hours you need. Their technology is cheap and outdated, constantly failing and making it impossible to service your client. There is no accountability for hours worked, and management treats the customer service agents like we are lazy and stupid. Also, don't forget the countless mandatory unpaid "townhall' meetings, which is really training that you receive no compensation for, and the half a dozen training emails you get a day. After their monthly service fees, I am not sure I even made minimum wage with all the hours I put in.
I am a college educated person who chose to do this because of circumstances in my life, but life is to short to give them this much of my time with no compensation. I did not sign up for slave labor, and management there needs to get off of their high horse. I wish I could give 0 stars.
