Mirage of a real Business-Don't fall for the Scam

Been employed with Arise since 2008. My departure is near.
Checked my account and was not paid today! Per Arise our new pay dates are 7th & 25th of each month. Unfortunately, no email was sent from them notifying us agents that they will not be paying us today. Contacted other agents and we all confirmed no funds today. I had previously referred 15 people to Arise, unfortunately I never got a single $25 referral bonus as promised. All of my referrals have either been wrongly terminated or quit when they were not paid. They constantly short pay you sales incentives, commissions, and hours worked period. I've created more tickets than necessary, and still have yet to be compensated. Ironically, all of trouble tickets that are open mysteriously seem to all be closed and listed as if they are resolved. None of them have been, resolved! I keep redundantly opening them to further prove my point. Very unprofessional staff from the PFs to the chatroom moderators. My two clients that I service: AAA & Walgreen's have been extremely scarce on calls lately. Guess Arise will soon be loosing these clients, per the few emails sent. Oh well, I'm not making any money anyway & Arise still has yet to pay me what they owe me from previous years. If you want the aggravation of not being paid, flawed technical servers, and high certification fees then Arise is the place for u.
