I have been working with Authority Tax Services for about a month now. In the beginning, I did feel skeptical. It seemed that I couldn't reach people on the phone and couldn't get return calls. That was before I spoke with my account manager, Peter Sabatino.
He has been prompt with correspondence and quick to try to resolve my tax issues, which involved filing 2 years returns. Although we have not yet reached a final settlement for my back taxes this soon, I am confident that we will. I am giving 4 stars for the
services I have received up to this point in my case management. Thanks.
