Would definitely be honored to tell people about my experience with avid. First I wanna say I had a foreclosure sale date in a couple weeks and I was really worried about it. Tried working with my mortgage company and they were absolutely no help and didn't even care I was in foreclosure. Avid cared, Mike Troy cared, negotiated with my lender and within a couple weeks I received a modification. I no longer have a sale date, have a payment that I can finally afford and I can finally sleep again. Thank you (the whole avid team) from the bottom of my heart because I never felt like a number...I felt like avid cared and it showed
