I have recently purchased a diamond ring from beverly diamond. I received the diamond and noticed right away that there was a very large very noticeable flaw on the top part of the diamond. The flaw was large enough to see with the naked eye(about 1/8 of an inch long!" and even caught my finger nail it was so deep. I spent $100 to ship the ring back telling them that the flaw in the diamond was unacceptable. When the ring came back all they did was turn the diamond in its setting so it was facing another direction and they claim i told them there was a scratch on the gold so they just polished the ring. Does not explain why they reset the diamond and put the flaw facing a different direction. When i emailed "julie" the sales manager she was combative, rude and told me i was "picky" and "should spend more money if i wanted better quality diamond". She was very rude and confrontational. Seems to me once they take your money they treat you like an idiot. i will update this review after my lawyer and i discuss it more.
