Hello one and all. Please read all the way through. I have already gone through one tax specialist that was disbarred and took my money. I went with Blue Tax on second round. They started strong just like everyone, but with modern business problems, I
found myself being shifted from one person to another, and each time having to start my paperwork all over again. I was loosing hope and was beginning to think this was another waist of money and time. I finally met Jimmy, he was a kind voice of reason over
the phone, and I was thinking I was at the end of my rope at handling my case. After talking with him, I had to start my paperwork over again, but this time he followed up, started calling me and tried his best to explain what was going to happen, given my
current economic situation, which was thin, very thin. Jimmy stated that he would try to handle this in less then three months. To my surprise, he did it. He sent e-mails, phone calls, never talked down to me and follow up with any questions that I may have.
My case is now closed, but, he still continues to follow up with any questions or e-mails that I might have. Folks if you are still reading this, he is a good guy, he is the type of employee that brings a relief to the stress that can come from the IRS. If
