ok so this company sucks
the people that work there suck
only the people on the cruise are worth being nice too.'
if you get sucked into paying a balance all i can tell you is you can have a full refund as long as u contact the customer service number and tell them you are going to get a lawyer or that you're going to sue. if they hear those words they cringe.
you have a four month cancellation period. some states like n.j you dont.. but most states do.
DO NOT PAY ANY BALANCE UNLESS U KNOW YOU HAVE A BALANCE. IF THE EXPIRED ACCOUNTS CALLS YOU IT IS A SCAM. I BOUGHT A VACATION AND PAID IT IN FULL. THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I STILL OWED CLOSE TO A THOUSAND DOLLARS ON IT.... DO NOT PAY DO NOT PAY AND IF U DID U CAN CANCEL IT.. U HAVE UP TO FOUR MONTHS BUT DONT WAIT BECAUSE THEY WILL BEAT AROUND THE BUSH.... A MAN NAMED SCOTT CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT.. I LAUGHED IN HIS FACE ALSO A WOMAN...... do000000000000 not pay......... if u do call asap and get the customer service number they will refund you if u say u are going to sue or your lawyer is there with you now,.
