OMG Carrington Mortgage ruined my life we got behind on our payments,my husband lost his job in construction no work available. We also have a child with a disability.We talked with Carrington immediaetly they told us they would put missed payments on the end of our loan we thought great they are totally helping us. My husband got employed, 2 weeks later i received notice our home was in forclosure. Called and they said no problem make 1 payment and sign this aggrement and we will be ok I sent my money in sent the paperwork in that day, next thing about 5 days later a realtor showed up and said he was hired to sell my home. I asked him why and said noway i just made an aggreement with CMS, he said well i will check it out. He came back and said no I am right your house goes to auction on Monday this was on a friday, substaquantly we had to move find a place to live in 30 days with a disabled child, we ended up finding a place only 4 days before we had to be out. If you are considering taking a loan from CMS... RUN RUN RUN do not trust your family to this lying manipulative company, they are evil/.Does not allow me to give it no stars thats why i gave it 1.
