I had an ARM mortgage with Carrington Mortgage (CMS) and inquired about refinancing at a fixed rate. With the number of Government programs available CMS suggested I try a refinance. We were making our payments but it was becoming more difficult as the months passed, foreclosure was seeming more and more likely.
I contacted Nita Panda with (CMS) and she started the refinance process right away. After approximately 2 months we were set for closing. My home appraised at $205,000, $95,000 under what I owed. My payment went from approximately $2400 a month to $1470 monthly!
With all of the foreclosures, uncooperative Banks and Mortgage companies throughout the U.S., my wife and I were skeptical through the whole process, but with Nita Panda's hard work and dedication Carrington Mortgage allowed us to keep our house, lower our payment and imposed no penalties.
