They will only return your emails and phone calls WHEN THEY WANT TO
They will keep you waiting until the last minute and make you hold close up and charge you $100 a day.
They will offer closing costs at a good percentage rate and then addendum it to a lesser percent.
They will not stay on top of repairs to your property and string you along endlessly, and when you call to get the scoop, they will not return your call or have NO CLUE.
They own everything lock stock and barrel and make money at every turn
