Having my Loan bought by Carrington Mortgage was the best thing that could have happened to me. After over two years of trying with Citi to get an approval on a HAMP Modification and sending the paperwork again and again nothing was ever approved. Once loan was transferred to in June of 2012 it took less than three months to get an approval from Carrington. I give most of the credit to Mike Caballero who made it all possible. Since day one he answered every phone call, email and all questions and concerns I had. Best Experience.
