Refinanced Twice with Cashcall - And it was surprisingly easy and exactly as promised both times

It is rare that something as problematic as a refinance goes so well. The first time I refinanced with Cashcall, I was responding to a small postcard we received shortly after refinancing with another company. The offer was for a completely cost free refinance with a lower interest rate. It seemed hard to believe since I had just received a great rate, and paid some to get it. But unbelievably, Cashcall not only beat the rate, but did it as promised, with absolutely not a penny out of pocket...not even for the appraisal!!
I again recently refinanced to a shorter term and better interest rate. I called up, was helped by the same great Loan Account Rep Jeff Benyo and his processor Christina Nunez who immediately went to work to make it happen. Within a week, I was again in escrow, and tomorrow the loan funds! Super simple, and at no cost either time. The interest rate was exactly the same as the APR. Amazing!
