On 2/18/2011 I placed an order with this company. Subtotal was $13.80. It did not say anything about a shipping charge, no big deal, couldn't be too bad. Wrong. Total came to $21.84. OK. I still went with it. On February 23rd I still hadn't received my order (which is ok since I live far from California), but decided to check my bank account online and found that they charged me $21.84 twice. Come on. I'm 23 years old! How convenient there is no phone number to reach them at! I am very upset. If they fix this I will edit my post accordingly.
