Disappointing and Appalling - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY!

Like many other commenters, I have been ordering from Century for twenty years, mostly sleeves and photo albums. My order from last April never shipped, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and my numerous voicemail messages have gone unanswered. How can they continue to take orders and keep their website active when they are obviously ripping people off? To be honest, if they have just happened to go under after I ordered -- or even sent me some kind of notification -- I would have probably forgiven them. But this is despicable behavior given their loyal customer base.
