I called this company after receiving a notice in the mail regarding a Tax Fresh Start Program. I receive about 15 notices daily about my Tax situation so I thought I would give this place a call to see what it's all about. I spoke with a guy named Bob
Johnson he explained the reason why I received the notice and he said he wanted to put me through a consultation to see if I qualify. I figured it couldn't hurt to go through the consultation so we proceeded. After the consultation Bob explained that his firm
can assist me with helping me get back on track and zeroing out my balance with the IRS. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. I became a client of Coast One Financial Group about a month ago so far so good no complaints when I call in I speak to my representative
and not a voice mail so that's a major plus. I would definitely recommend this company to use for Tax Help.
