This company is a scam. They either make up phoney accounts saying you owe money, or they buy old accounts which you aren't even responsible for anymore and try to get you to pay a settlement amount.
They claim to be attorneys and they act like you are really talking to someone it "Litagations", and that you will be served papers to appear in court. Don't believe it, first of all, the courts don't tell you that they are coming to serve you papers, second, this is a collection company.
They have no rights to do this and I contacted the FBI and police and they are going to be investigating this company because what they are doing is against the law.
Also, looking at reviews of people who have fallen prey for thier scam it looks like people have paid them money and they never applied it to any account, well thats because there is not account to apply the money too, it's a scam to get your money.
Don't worry, no one will be serving you papers and I suggest if you get a call from them to contact the local police and the FBI.
