Cryptic Studios is a horrible company to deal with. Customer service is the worst there is. I have seen it take up to 3 weeks for customer service rep to answer and if they do respond they will try to get you to break the ELUA then punish you for it. Cryptic has went out of their way to harass customers with in their products like they get enjoyment from it and if you complain about it the harassment gets worse. I cannot suggest playing a game from cryptic as long as they see their customers as play things.
