Solar Candy Canes

I ordered 2 sets of the Solar Energy Candy canes. I paid for a rush delivery, in which they still didn’t come in on time. I called and complained and the rep was nice to issue a $2.95 credit towards my account. Once I received my order, I let them sit out under the light in the house. I put them out on the lawn, and for 2 weeks now they still aren’t working. Also, when I ordered my products, I was told that I would receive a surprise gift, and a gas voucher. I didn’t receive any of that.
I called complaining about the product last week, and the woman said she will issue me a credit. She never stated when or how much will be credited towards my account. I called again today, and was told that they will issue my credit on January 2nd, due to inventory. As a customer, inventory processing has nothing to do with me, and it shouldn’t affect your customers at all! I explained to her that this was unacceptable and asked to speak with a Supervisor. The rep continued to talk while I was speaking, which is very rude. Then I told her again after a few attempts that I want to speak with a Supervisor, and then I was placed on hold. After holding for 10 minutes, the call was disconnected!
