Where is My Refund?

This was my first and last order from Dream Products of the Soft Touch Stretch Bra. I ordered a quantity of two via telephone, and they arrived 12 days after placing the order. I was very disappointed in the quality and promptly returned them via USPS. Three weeks later, I am still awaiting a credit/refund. I have called twice to determine when I will receive my credit/refund and was told on the first call that I needed a USPS tracking number! On the second phone call, I was told they had not been notified by their warehouse as yet to issue a credit/refund. Is this some type of scam to take your money, send you an inferior product, and not provide a credit/refund in a "prompt" manner as promised? I was also told on this second phone call to wait until next week to call again and check the status. If I wait until next week, I fall outside of their 30 day return policy parameter. To summarize, inferior product, took a long time to receive and cannot get a credit/refund!
