I called the owner on May 1st and talked to him about the bad reviews I had read on the Internet. I should have went with my gut inclination and not ordered from this company. Frank assured me that the product would have no trouble shipping after his product was received on May 12th. I ordered 1 pan on May 9th and I am still waiting on June 4th. I called again today and he tells me it’s on BackOrder and to wait another week for delivery. He said he was not in the office or he would check my order-yeah right. This is after he said that the units were to be in on May 12th and shipped the 14th. I would say NOT to order from this company.
