Wish I had read reviews also. Used them because they were cheap. Delivered dumpster on wrong day, when I refused delivery, since I wasn't home, they charged my debit card $150 for a "dry run" fee, without my authorization. They refused to refund my $150
even though it was their error, so I cancelled the dumpster 2 weeks ago, and they still haven't returned my original $384.80 for the rental charge. Customer service was awful, bounced around to different people, placed on "hold" a lot, left multiple messages
that were not returned. Bank advised me to cancel my debit card so they couldn't charge any more money without my authorization. Tried to dispute charges, bank denied my claim. Trying now to re-file under "services never delivered". I would also give zero
stars if it was a choice.
