Like the others here Dynatek Industries called up and talked to the person filling in on the phones. Got their name and asked for our shipping address. The next day a case of packing tape was received with no invoice. A telephone call led to claims the phone guy ordered them when I called them out they said the order was made by someone else and the guy answering the phone confirmed it. When asked who ordered it they did not have a name. A complaint has been filed with the AZ and CA Attorney General as well as UPS. This is illegal as well as fraud and I urge others to make complaints with the authorities.
