Smooth and easy is all I can say. My formerly unemployed sister had lived with my wife and I near Los Angeles for two interesting and long years before finding a good job in Chicago and I agreed to finance the relocation. I didn't look forward to but reluctantly
agreed to secure the movers and set it all up as a goodbye and bon voyage present. Fortunately for me I stumbled upon Elite Moving and Storage, and it was smooth sailing from there. I liked that they sent detailed emails, answered all my questions by phone
and email, and also that they had a well spoken customer service staff including Mike and Donna. Very good prices as well, and 15 years in business iced the deal for me. So I booked the move, I was given an 11am pick up time on move day, and the guys showed
up at 10.50 which was great for me since I had just finished a late breakfast. All went very well on move day, and little sis got her stuff even sooner than expected in the windy city and not one item was damaged. So a big thanks again for making this move
an easy one, I will refer you guys if anybody ever asks me if I know good movers, or if I ever move myself.
