I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to my friends and family. The customer service is FABULOUS. Everyone I've dealt with has been very attentive and the responses are received a lot faster than most internet companies I've done business with. Their e-cig is, by far, the premier of e-cigs. My mother went with a different company, paid a lot more, and when she tried my Emerald Lux e-cigs, she liked mine a lot better.
