I purchased the home warranty product six months ago and have been very disappointed. I've been waiting for a $175 reimbursement (problem #1 - shouldn't have asked me to pay upfront) for sixty days. Their very rude CSR claims that two checks were mailed and cashed (he assumed by the service provider). He could not provide any details on these two supposed checks including payee info, check numbers, etc. Also, the bank has taken weeks to give him any data.
This is a complete scam. I am embarrassed to have purchased this product.
BUYER BEWARE!
