First I filed a claim for my garage door. It would not open, they sent someone that I paid $60 and they never came back or called. Then I filed a claim for my pipes paid another $60 for a joke of a contractor who we almost forced into the crawl to look at the pipes to tell us that they are not ran right. Fine I am over that I even called the president of the company which was a waste of my time as well. NOW 7 months later 4 months after my contract expired they have the ordasity to call me tell me everything was my fault because I got a bare bones contract which does not cover much and this is what 90% of their customers have which is word for word what the guy said to me. Then he tells me that I have no right to say their company is a scam and tell me that I need to calm down and let him explain the benefits of this company that does not exist. Every customer service rep their that i have talked to has been rude several hanging up one me 2 swearing at me. If I could have the power to see 1 business fail, I would love to see it be this one, truely nothing would make me happier. A+ rating thats a JOKE.
