02/21/2012 - Just worked with Sam on my first refinance to take advantage of the lower interest rate. I didn't know it was possible because I closed on my house only 8 months ago. I'm glad it was brought to my attention because the process went smoothly and now I'm saving $100/month and paid nothing at closing for the Refi. 07/11/2012 - I give Sam Pabuwal FIVE stars for his excellent work in helping me with my loan for my first home. Sam was referred to me by a colleague. Initially I was shopping around for the best deal I could get. My intention was to have the lowest rate & lowest closing costs. I received quotes from Sam at First Integrity, Chase, and got a few auto-generated internet quotes. Chase Bank gave me a so-called competitive quote, but I chose Sam because he went a step ahead by calling around for the exact costs for items such as the HOA transfer fees, escrow fees, taxes, etc. providing me with an accurate quote. Sam's quote beat out Chase, resulting in approx. -$5000 in savings.
Working with Sam was seamless throughout the entire process. I could email him scanned copies of all my docs and communicate over email or phone and always got quick responses and he was always available. Sam is knowledgeable about many aspects pertaining to homebuying even those issues unrelated to the actual loan. When I had to find insurance for my home, Sam found me a cheaper quote than any that I could find. He's professional and trustworthy. I enjoyed working with Sam and appreciate all his help. We successfully closed on the house last Friday!!! Yay! I'd recommend him to my family and friends and hope to work with him again in the future.
