I have completed the exams for my salesperson renewal from First Tuesday. I asked that a copy of the continuing education certificate be emailed to me. It was not sent. I emailed the company two further times to receive the certificate that is needed to renew my license. The company failed to respond once again, and did not send my certificate of completion.
I had to instruct my credit card company to reverse the charges for their services, in that they would not provide to me proof of successful completion of the DRE exams.
I have had to resort to notify DRE of First Tuesday's failure to provide what what guaranteed by their false and misleading advertising.
