Lendio makes you pay up front for their services and delivers poor quality work. It takes tenacity to get them to own up to their defaults. Do not give up. Keep calling, keep writing if you feel that they have wronged you. They eventually offered me refund in exchange for agreement to terms that state I will not tell anyone about what I experienced with them. The refund agreement had a threatening tone. I did not agree to their terms because I feel that others have to know about their unethical business practices and I also felt like I was under duress. Beware of Lendio!
