Not what it used to be!

A few years ago i wrote a glowing review for Bond. Sadly i am unable to do so today. There was a time that it was possible to place actually possible to order on a Monday night show and receive the item before the weekend. The past few orders took 2-3
weeks for delivery. Finally in December of 2012 i placed 2 orders on one day and another on new years eve. I was supposed to be able to request the gem stones i wanted to receive and requested purple sapphires for 1 mans ring and 1 womans ring. 7 weeks later
i received 2 womans ringswith lesser stones. I returned them for a refund and asked where my final order was. I got the run around from customer service several times. Then"Mr. Bond"made more unfulfilled promises. I ended up contacting my credit card company,
filling out all kinds of paperwork and waiting several more months to get a refund. Too much hassle to endure for something you purchase to bring pleasure. They may say they want you to be part of their family, but they treat you like a creepy sex offending
uncle.
