There was nothing at all that could've been done better. The communication was great, transaction was smooth. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was leery at first since it was all done over the phone and computer, but it proved to be a great
process. Will definitely shop with the again for my next mortgage! Tim Valeski was both professional and friendly. His assistant was available when he wasn't which was not often at all. Even with the three hour time difference, he made it work.
