I didn't think I would be eligible for a VA home loan due to past credit mistakes, but Kris Johnson made it happen for me! We worked up the package via email and pdf documents, and when I wasn't satisfied with the percentage, we held off a month or two.
Just when I thought it wasn't going to happen and I would have to wait out my 'seven years', Kris called and said we got it, right at the percentage I wanted. He sent the Notary to my home in the evening (after my jury duty) where we went over the documents
and signed them. Thanks, Kris, for keeping an eye out for what I wanted to make this work for me!!
