My husband and I recently used this company to refinance our house. We were lucky enough to have Gunnar Cunningham as our loan consultant. From the beginning everything sounded great. At one point I was thinking it was too good to be true and that there
must be a catch. Gunnar assures me that there was no catch and that he was going to do everything he could to help our process go as smoothly as it could. He did a great job! He was very prompt and thorough with follow through with paperwork and keeping us
informed of the process and what needed to be done. He was very patient with my many questions and responded to any emails that I sent him in a prompt manner. Our loan processed and closed with no issues today. It is such a relief to have peace of mind that
