Just place an order today 1/31/12 for my 3rd pair of shoes from you – these will be my first athletic shoe order. I’m constantly up and down servicing furnaces, ac’s, etc. – very nice support and helps my knees and back compared to other shoes I’ve worn. The reason i'm writing this is, when I placed my order this morning I forgot to order for my wife she has wanted to try the shoes because I told her how much more comfortable they are then all my other shoes. Anyway I was lucky and found a really good person to help ext. 501 #300 believe his name was Jeri ’spelling?’ he was very good, wish I had him on my sales staff! Anyway I placed my order for my shoes and thanked him and that was it. Till I remembered I didn’t order my wife’s shoes, that was about 3:30 that afternoon – I thought ‘Oh I’m in trouble now’ I called back and as luck would have it, I got ahold of Jeri again! He remembered me and I told him how I forgot to place my wife’s order when I did mine. He understood how this could be a problem if I told my wife – he calmed me down said ‘no problem’ he went add it on to my order I made earlier and didn’t add any extra shipping ‘no shipping cost’. He is a great employee to have I run my company the same hopefully. ‘I solve problems and leave 'em happy’ we’ve been in business for 62 years and all the advertising dollar you spend is wasted if you’re customer service is rude, unhelpful and cant solve problems – I will never buy my shoes anywhere else and believe me when my customers ask about my shoes I’ll be talking you up! I hope you give Jeri an ‘Atta boy!’ kind words, encouragement and acknowledgement for a job well done really is the only way to motivate people to want to do well for company – sorry for rambling – thanks for a no hassle day!
