Poor customer service and deceptive practices

I called & purchased 2 pairs of shoes at $263.00.Was told I would have them in 4 days & free shipping & returns if the shoes did not fit.
Long story short-it took 10 days to receive the shoes.I called after 5 days & was told that no operator would have told me 4 days since it was their policy to send in 10 days.I let that go & waited for the shoes which did arrive in 10 days.One pair did not fit & the other was poor quality-liner not sewn properly & the shoes design on both shoes did not match.
Called to get a return label & talking to a customer service representative who told me it was not their policy to send return labels. The original operator told me it was...I would not have purchased shoes unless the shipping was totally free. This operator told me they would "believe me" & send me a return label in 72 hours...that was two days ago. I even asked to speak to the original operator & was told I couldn't.
I have gotten the email run-around for the past 6 days and just paid to return the shoes.
