During a 4 month period I personally visited three Hair Restoration Clinic's in my area... Being a owner of a in home service company it was important to me that not only the hair restoration product be good, but that the customer service was personable and private. At age 40 in 2001, I chose Hair Club for Men and I have never had a complaint about the quality of my hair and the service that I have received since becoming a client. All questions and concerns have always been promptly addressed.
After 9 years of looking and feeling great about having my hair back while utilizing the bio-matrix system, I started researching Hair Transplantation. Once again I chose Hair Club for Men due to they were the only one that had their own network of hair transplant physicians and only performed Microscopic Follicular Unit Transplants... I have personally met the Physician that will be performing my hair transplant in the fall of 2010. He has been doing transplants since 1984 and since 1991 that's all he's done... Now that's experience. Since seeing is believing; I have spoken to and have visually seen in person 3 hair transplant clients of Hair Club from Indiana and Florida. Age's ranged from 28 to 72 years old. The 72 year old had the procedure done 15 months earlier and had a strong full head of hair. His results and happiness, along with my year's of being a very satisfied client with Hair Club for Men was enough for me to take this next big step in getting my own hair back for good.
I have also seen Hair Club's heart in giving to children effected with Alopecia- the total loss of hair. I was privileged to meet several children and watch the stylist and yes even corporate personnel interact with them... To see those children's faces light up when their hair was applied and the friendship connection between them and the stylist was absolutely heart warming... Way to go Hair Club.
I know I have said a lot.... But after 30 years of doing customer service, I can honestly say I have never been so satisfied with a company that was dealing with such a personal matter as my baldness.
