Terrible Service

constant communications problems between my University and Hireright. There was a false hold on my records at a third part academic records verification company that translated to Hireright not confirming my academic records. I called the University to inquire and was told there was no hold on my record. After days of back and forth with Hireright I finally asked the Registrar to call Hireright to confirm my Academic status. The registrar called and told them of my dates and that there was no hold on the record, to which Hireright annotated that there was. So I am currently on my second week trying to get this straightened out. There has been little effort on the side of Hireright to help in clearing up there mistake. If I were to contract out a similar service in the future I would go to another provider.
