I just received a solicitation through the mail from this company and I am very disturbed by how they present themselves. It appears that it is coming from the State of Kentucky, and an official government entity. I had to read it twice before realizing it was not coming from the water company or a government entity. I am contacting our state attorney general's office as well as our local television stations and the local Better Business Bureau. At one location on this website it states the company is not accredidated and on another site it is. I have always put a lot of trust in the BBB, but now I am wondering how the BBB could condone such deceptive gimmicks to get some of our most vulnerable citizens to buy this warranty insurance which is way too expensive and not needed.
