Through a telephone sales call from Inland Empire Industrial I ordered a socket set. The product arrived and was of a poor quality. I called the company and requested a call tag to return the product. I spoke with (3) people, including Lester Moore who stated that he was the owner. They refused to send a call tag & requested that I return the product at my expense..>($30). I ended the conversation with the note that I will return the product only with a call tag from them.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.
