My experience with innovative merchant solutions has been a very disagreeable one. Not only are they delinquent in responding when you call or email, but in addition, they are also very unprofessional in their demeanor.
My trials with IMS began years ago when I attended a seminar. After which, it sounded like a good idea. Every month 39.95 was deducted from my account, after a while I decided that this wasn't for me. And so I began the process of canceling/terminating my account.
I was sent a letter of notification 8/5/2009, and today 9/7/2010, they are still deducting 39.95 a month from my account. Even though I did send them the appropriate documents as they requested in a timely fashion.
I am extremely pissed off at them.
Doing the calculations, they jipped me 500 dollars.
We are in a recession, this is the kind of monetary issue I do not need to deal with at this time.
I even checked them on out on BBB, and they aren't even accredited!
Any people thinking of joining with them, I seriously recommend you look in another direction.
Dealings with IMS will only bring you headaches and unnecessary stress, not to mention low bank funds.

I contacted our customer directly to learn more about this problem. After receiving her merchant number and researching the account I found that it was closed last year as she requested. I asked her to please send me copies of her bank statements showing the additional charges to her account so we could trace the origin of this unauthorized debit and have yet to receive them. I can, however confirm that the account is closed as requested and no additional fees are being charged.
