All of our orders are verified by a third party before our warehouse ships any products out to new customers to ensure that all details of the order are conveyed to the buyer. At this time we do not have enough information to locate your account, but if you contact our customer service department or accounting department with any problems you have had with payments to our company we will make sure we get any potential error taken care of for you right away.
