My experience with Lear Capital

I will start with the fact that I was dealing with Blanchard. Due to the fact that their staff is pushy to say the least. I left and began looking for another company to deal with. When I found Lear and saw that they had an on line service I gave it a try. I place an order every month. It is a small order but each month we set aside some of our retirement money to purchase silver for our grandchildren. First several times the order went through without a problem. Then thee was a mistake made. I thought oh my goodness I did this online and no one will speak to me. I took a chance and called Lear. All the representatives were busy. So I called back. Somehow by the Grace of God I reached Tani Kaimi. She immediately resolved the problem. She is so professional and personable. As long as Lear has Tani available to help their clients I will remain a customer. I have been a customer since October 2013 and will remain a costumer.
