Unfortunately I had acquired very high amounts of credit card debt in lieu of a severe lack of work and decided to try and find a solution.... Up til this time, I had made every single credit card payment on time and once I began the process with LHDR, I was told to stop making CC payments and after three months they would begin negotiating my debt with AMEX and Chase....About four months into the program, I was served papers from AMEX and Chase that they were suing me. I called LHDR seeking out guidance and they were unable to assist me with this any legal advice or representation, to top it off, the agent I was dealing with was a COMPLETE jerk about the whole situation.... Immediately, I canceled the automatic payments being withdrawn from my checking accountby LHDR and asked them to refund the 2600.00 I had paid them because they never negotiated anything for me. I really made a bad decision because that 2600.00 would have gone to timely CC payments. I trusted this organization to assist and was left with two lawsuits and being several months behind on cc payments! Thankfully my CC companies were willing to work with me, but DO NOT trust anything this company tells you.. I am still trying to get my money back!
