Great experience

Very strange to read negative reviews above. I don't know if these folks did 180° turn in response to these postings, but my experience was great. Mike Rael and Julianne Carr were pretty flawless in their communication regularity and honesty. I don't think
there was one time that I waited more than 12 hours for a response, and I was calling from the East Coast. My brother is a real estate attorney, he ran through all the documents and procedures front to back, and everything was swell. Of course there were hick
ups and delays, but not on Lenox's end. I don't know what to say-refinancing is a pain no matter who you're working with. And it is bound to be more difficult than it was 6-7 years ago. Sorry for your lousy experiences, but I don't think the future customers
should expect the same thing. Give them a try!
