I don't typically post reviews, but Sean Farag and Tara Rybarski really impressed me with their professionalism, courtesy and follow-thru. I had a previous foreclosure and attempted to re-finance my current home about a year ago without success. The "big-bank"
lender told me I was not eligible to refi. Along comes loandepot & Sean. After some preliminary information was exchanged, Sean seems confident he can help me. He explained the process and sent some documents via secure e-mail for me to complete. I felt encouraged
enough to have an appraisal done and move the process forward. I was assigned an account manager (Tara) and she took me through the task of gathering all the paperwork for underwriting. Tara kept me informed of the progress and made sure I understood everything
required by Underwriting was provided. This process took some time and Tara was very helpful during this time. I have completed the refi now and the new loan with loandepot has funded. I could not be more impressed and pleased with the outcome. If you are
looking for knowledgeable, professional and friendly people to help you thru the refi process, you would be well served to talk to loandepot. 5 stars to loandepot.
