I contacted LoanDepot in regards to refinancing my home through a VA loan. I spoke with Andrew Hill, and he explained different options that were available to me. Mr. Hill was able to secure a VA loan with an interest rate considerably less than the rate
that I had with my bank. Melissa Southerland was very professional and kind throughout the process. I work full-time, and it is difficult for me to answer phone calls while I am at work. She took the time to email me lists of any additional documents that
they needed to secure this loan. She would also confirm via email when she received my documents, and advise me the status of my refinance. I am very happy with the services that I received from Loan Depot. Melissa and Andrew were pleasant, courteous, professional,
and I was able to secure a VA loan at a great interest rate!
