Great experience, great customer service

We worked with Gary Rachner and Kelly Strickland to refinance our home. Both of them explained things well, made sure we understood everything, and responded to all of our emails quickly. Kelly even answered some of our emailed questions in minutes. She really put any of our anxiety at ease. Gary was great at making sure we knew exactly what documents we needed to send and the time frame we needed to send them in by. The appraiser was on time and professional and also answered our questions. The notary that came to our house with the paperwork was early, professional, and very clear in explaining the paperwork. Really satisfied with the experience.
